The rules for the boolean built-ins (Feel.Analysis.Images, D-161): not.
not(b) is the other boolean for a boolean, and null with an error for an argument of any other kind (a type mismatch,
like the operators'), and for null. So not(b) for b that is true is false and nothing else, and it is never null
for a boolean.
